About the Firm

A Firm Built Deliberately

Access Legal Group PLLC is a New York law firm founded on a straightforward premise: clients deserve counsel who understand their world and tell them the truth about it · including who is doing the work.

The firm focuses on the areas where it has genuine depth and, for matters that call for additional specialization, works as co-counsel with established firms while building those capabilities internally. In every engagement, clients are told exactly who is handling their matter and why.

The firm brings fluency in both common law and civil law traditions and a focus on cross-border situations where more than one legal system is in play.

"Clients are told the truth · about their options, about their risks, and about who is doing the work."

The Approach

How This Firm Works

01

Cross-Border Focus

The firm concentrates on matters that touch more than one legal system, drawing on fluency in both common law and civil law traditions. The goal is to understand the legal architecture on each side of a cross-border situation.

02

Direct Access to Counsel

Clients work directly with the firm's founder rather than being routed through layers. You know who is handling your matter, and you can reach them.

03

Co-Counsel, Transparently

Where a matter calls for additional specialization, the firm engages established co-counsel and tells you who they are. Any fee division complies with the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, with your written consent. No hidden arrangements.

04

Plain-Spoken Counsel

Complex matters explained in language you can act on. Clear advice about options and risks · not jargon, and not false comfort.

05

Integrated Perspective

Many problems sit at the intersection of several areas of law at once. The firm aims to see those connections so a solution in one area does not create an exposure in another.

06

Built to Grow With You

The firm is adding lawyers and capabilities on a deliberate timeline. As it grows, the relationship · and the senior attention · stays constant.

Why This Firm

The Midsize Advantage

Access Legal Group exists for entrepreneurs, businesses, and families expanding across borders the founder entering the U.S. market, the company acquiring overseas, the family structuring wealth across jurisdictions. Few firms combine immigration, transactions, tax, private wealth, and litigation on one platform: at global firms these live on separate floors at global rates; at boutiques they live at separate firms. This firm is built to deliver what clients seek from a midsize platform integrated counsel across every dimension of a cross-border matter, direct access to the lawyer who owns your file, and a deliberately limited docket · so the visa strategy, the deal, and the structure are advised as one picture, under one engagement.

Practice Areas

Where the Firm Works

The firm is building its practice across the areas below. Some are handled directly today; others are handled in collaboration with established co-counsel while the firm develops them in house.

How engagements work. For matters within the firm's current focus, the firm acts as counsel directly. For matters that benefit from additional specialization, the firm associates established co-counsel and remains involved in developing the matter. Any division of fees is proportional to the work performed or responsibility assumed, made with the client's written consent, and compliant with Rule 1.5(g) of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct.
