Access Legal Group PLLC is a New York law firm founded on a straightforward premise: clients deserve counsel who understand their world and tell them the truth about it, including who is doing the work.

The firm handles five of its seven practice groups directly. White collar defense and litigation are handled in collaboration with established co-counsel while the firm builds those teams internally, hiring and developing lawyers in house. In every engagement, clients are told exactly who is handling their matter and why.

The firm brings fluency in both common law and civil law traditions and a focus on cross-border situations where more than one legal system is in play.

Practice Groups

Seven groups. One standard.

The firm is building its team internally, hiring and developing lawyers in house across every group below. Five of the seven groups are handled by the firm directly. Two are handled in collaboration with established co-counsel while the firm builds those teams internally.

How engagements work. For matters within the firm's current focus, the firm acts as counsel directly. For white collar defense and litigation, the firm associates established co-counsel and remains involved in developing the matter while it builds those teams internally. Any division of fees is proportional to the work performed or responsibility assumed, made with the client's written consent, and compliant with Rule 1.5(g) of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct.
